Captain

I have been hooked on fishing from an early age instilled by my father, and not many things make me happier now than helping fathers and mothers pass the love for fishing to their children. I have 25 years of experience starting as a mate and working my way up to Captain and owner of the Seaducer.

I could tell you about all the fish I have caught and all my experience, but that would kind of useless since yesterday’s fish can’t be caught today. Let’s go catch some fish and make some stories!

P.S. My mate the assistant coach believes bananas are bad luck so be a team member and leave the bananas at home.

First Mate

First Mate Chris Brethauer has been fishing on boats from Wanchese, Pirate’s Cove, and Oregon Inlet for 16 years.

I’m always ready to get you involved. If you want to learn to rig a ballyhoo, leader up a fish, or even gaffing a fish, I am the mate you want. I want you to feel like you are fishing, not just reeling them in for me. I want you to have a great fishing experience.

I’ll always have a good fishing story to keep you entertained and ready to get to work when the action hits the rod!
