Every time we head out on the water, we operate with a team-first mindset—everyone on the boat plays a role, and together we work toward a successful and rewarding day offshore. Each angler brings their own goals to the trip. Maybe you want to learn how to gaff a fish, fine-tune your rigging technique, chase a marlin, or simply stock your freezer with tuna. Whatever your goal is, it matters here.

As your Captain—and your Coach—my job is to understand each team member’s goals, skill level, and comfort zone. Once I know what you’re hoping to get out of the day, I tailor our plan to give everyone the best shot at success. That might mean putting you on fish, teaching you something new, or simply giving you the confidence to try something you’ve never done before.
